You are expected to acknowledge and agree that, by reason of the sensitive nature of the Confidential Information referred to in this Agreement, LHH shall be entitled to obtain equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction as may be necessary to protect its interests in such Confidential Information.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Return of Confidential Information<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LHH may request at any time, for any reason, that you deliver to LHH all copies of the confidential information held by you.
